Hyperspawn is an open-source project that aims to develop humanoid robots that mimic human actions accurately and act as proxy avatars for users to control from anywhere in the world. Our solution combines immersive virtual reality (VR) and teleoperation to enable seamless interaction between humans and their robotic avatars.
- Humanoid robot design with biologically precise mimicry of human movement
- Integration with off-the-shelf VR and motion capture equipment
- Real-time transfer of full-body motion capture data over the internet
- Immersive VR experience with a first-person view from the robot's camera
- Modular and customizable design for various use cases
Hyperspawn's technology enables various use cases across different industries:
- Social interaction: Interact with loved ones or collaborate on physical projects remotely
- Defense & rescue operations: Gather intelligence or conduct intrusion missions without risking human lives
- Remote hardware inspections: Inspect and collaborate on physical products in industries
- Healthcare: Remote patient monitoring and assistance
We envision a world with infinite mobility for humanity, where humanoid robots seamlessly execute tasks in extreme conditions, ensuring human safety and efficiency. This is a stepping stone to developing advanced autonomous humanoids, integrating the latest advances in AI and robotics.
