Assigning values on the sidenav bar to their respective keys for French language

1. Change language to French, Menu bar ---> Administration ---> sidenav.label.admin.Listp..
   Change language to French, Menu bar ---> Administration ---> dictionary.label.modify

   Change language to French, Menu bar ---> Administration ---> configurations du menu ---> sidenav.label.admin.me....
   Change language to French, Menu bar ---> Administration ---> configurations generales ---> sidenav.label.admin.for....

2. The values are not assigned to the keys and it is reflected in the sidenav bar
