Mazinger

• All parameters passed by PBS scripts to your compute cluster can be located by searching for functions named "pbs" and "mazinger".

• If PLANTS and/or VINA are not installed as modules in your cluster, please comment the lines starting by module load inside the DockFlow_interface.bash, DockFlow_functions.bash, ScoreFlow_interface.bash files and ScoreFlow_functions.bash and replace them by paths to the executables.
