User declared conical URL: https://iiif.io/get-started/training/

The training+outreach doesn't exist in the source repo and is created with the redirect_from parameter:

redirect_from:
  - /training+outreach/

https://github.com/IIIF/website/blob/main/source/get-started/training/index.md

Proposal is to remove the redirect_from and also remove the training+outreach directory on s3. The following also has redirects in place:

https://github.com/IIIF/website/blob/main/source/get-started/training/online-training.md

This will fix three of the 67 no index issues.
