It shouldn't be possible to scroll the info panel out of view. It looks like we implemented this styling for Valdes at https://imerss.github.io/imerss-bioinfo/Valdes%20Island%20Biodiversity.html but it didn't get ported over. In addition we should port the beginnings of the responsive layout that at least allow the right panel to be resized.
