Rather than the old genie_python repo which is now archived.
Should have been part of ISISComputingGroup/IBEX#8381 as our release process is now releasing the distribution (uktena) half of the split - the library is released separately, to pypi, via other mechanisms noted on release creation page.
I forgot to add these changes as part of that ticket.
genie_pythonversion file no longer needs to be written explicitly as it is done bysetuptools_scm(see ISISComputingGroup/genie#7 for details)
