#Store a file like this called "Self_Regulation_Settings.txt" in Self_Regulation_Ontology base directory. Replace lines below with full paths to the corresponding directories and remove this comment so "expfactory_tokenL ..." is the first line. An optional "data_directory" may also be added using the same format. If it is excluded data will be saved in base_directory/Data
