Add new booking images and update booking documentation

This commit adds several new images to enhance the documentation of the booking process within the Evergreen ILS system. Additionally, the booking documentation in `booking.adoc` has been updated to provide a clearer and more comprehensive guide for library staff.

- Added images illustrating booking steps and options such as `booking-book-from-catalog.png`, `booking-confirm-reservation.png`, and more.
- Updated the structure of the booking documentation for improved navigation.
- Detailed procedures for creating, picking up, and returning reservations have been refined for clarity.
- The document now uses consistent headings and references new images for better contextual support.
