Deleted outdated booking images, updated image references

- Deleted obsolete images from the booking documentation to maintain a clean and relevant asset directory.
- Renamed existing images for better clarity and consistency:
  - `booking-create-reservation-2.png` to `booking-create-reservation-details.png`
  - `booking-create-reservation.png` to `booking-create-reservation-type-date.png`
  - `booking-pickup-1.png` to `booking-pickup-grid.png`
- Updated references in `booking.adoc` to use the new image filenames.

Release-Note: Remove outdated images and update documentation image references for clarity.
