Enhance booking documentation with updated images

This commit updates the booking documentation by replacing outdated images with new ones, improving clarity and understanding of the booking module features.

- Added new images: booking-menu-item.png, booking-submenu.png, booking-book-from-catalog.png, among others, to showcase the booking process flow.
- Removed obsolete images: booking-capture-1_web_client.png, booking-capture-2_web_client.png, and booking-capture-3.png.
- Revised documentation text to align with the new interface visuals and provide a clear step-by-step guide for booking tasks.

Release-Note: Update booking module documentation with new visuals for better usability.
