Add booking module screenshots for documentation update

Updated the documentation for the booking module by adding new screenshots to enhance visual guidance:
- Added 'booking-capture-resource-by-barcode.png' for the resource capture process.
- Added 'booking-pull-list-options.png' to illustrate pull list options.

Release-Note: Include new screenshots in booking module documentation for improved user guidance.
