import of vm (in vapps) failed

Hello together,

i have following setup.

• director: v1.7.1
• vspheredb: 1.1.0
• icinga2: 2.11.1-1

Problem:
I will sync all VMs with the annotation "monitoring" and only these VMs.
My rules are working without problem at "normal" VMs. But when I try to import a VM in a vApp, then nothing happens.

previous tests:
When i move the VM outside of the vApp then the import is working, when I move the VM back to the vApp - the host object will be deleted.

What I misconfigured?
