Have a look at this sample https://www.infragistics.com/webcomponents-demos/grids/pivot-grid/state-persistence-main.
Toggling the checkbox for 'All features' does nothing.

Expected result: Toggling 'All features' checkbox should check/uncheck all checkboxes for options in the sample
Actual result: It does nothing. It doesn't even toggle itself. All checkboxes stay checked always.
