changes in setup.py and CMakelist.txt in raspberry Pi directory

setup.py:
Added CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH for pybind11 and specified the build target in setup.py

Added environment variable setting for CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH using pybind11.
Explicitly specified the build target "multi_half_bridge_py" in the CMake build command.
Updated ext_modules to include sourcedir parameter.

CMakelist.py:

Updated CMake minimum required version to 3.12.4.
Set project name and languages with set(mhbcore multi-half-bridge-corelib).
Added conditional inclusion of Pybind11 directories.
Expanded include directories to include config, corelib, and PAL directories.
Added library target ${mhbcore}.
Integrated Pybind11
Linked multi_half_bridge_py module with ${mhbcore} and bcm2835 libraries.
Added conditional compile definitions for VERSION_INFO.

modules which are needed:

bcm2835 lib
sudo apt-get install libbcm2835-dev

Pybind11
sudo pip install pybind11 --break-system-packages

CMake
sudo apt-get install cmake python3-pip ninja-build

command "sudo python setup.py" is working
installation with pip is also possible

everything tested on a raspberry pi 4 (pi 5 will be tested soon)

Hi, it will not work on a raspberry PI 5, because the bcm2835 lib is not working there.

Should I find a different library or should we say it is only support for raspberry pi 4?
