There should be a prime language parameter active.

This line should be moved to generate the value in the prime language not in the fixed "nl" language:

OSLO-EA-to-RDF/src/main/java/com/github/informatievlaanderen/oslo_ea_to_rdf/convert/ea/RoleEAConnector.java
