vps上进行dns分流，该如何配置？

domain list是用mosdns v4版本的v2dat命令从geosite.dat文件里导出的，我检查过，list里的域名符合mosdns v5的语法规则，这是list：rules。
现在我已经设置让vps的dns解析走127.0.0.1:53，也让mosdns监听了本机的这个地址，但问题是mosdns完全没反应的，整个dns解析完全没进入mosdns处理，可以看这三个日志：
