This SFML version was compiled for Android NDK r20b 64 bit.
- Download it and put the sfml folder in the source directory of your Android NDK (C:/Android/NDK/sources/sfml).
- Download the is::Engine game engine and put it on C:/ (C:/is-Engine).
- is::Engine is already preconfigured to use this version of SFML (no need to link SFML files).
