  • Bulk Ingest Interest Group is forming and is timely considering Islandora 8's development. Katie Romabiles from SDSU and Mark McFate from Grinnnel are interested in forming an interest group. Michael Kemeszis will get in touch with them.

  • The report has been received and the coordinating committee is taking action.
• Slack Message Retention Policy
  • Slack stores full history, and makes prior conversations available to anyone who joins. Conclusion of discussions was to leave Slack as is, but adopt a soft policy to move confidential discussions in private channels.

    • Been doing work on migrating from CSVs, which has yielded a PR and a new process plugin. Next steps are to work on getting metadata into OpenRefine for cleanup.

    • Working through the punchlist for the Mellon Grant and preparing to Dockerize Islandora 8. Will push out a security release soon.
