- Determined we are at item 5 in the LSAP process, a vote was initiated.

- Nick proposed adding the Tech Lead as a member for discussion
- Kirsta proposes we change "A representative from the Islandora Foundation" to "At least one representative from the Islandora Foundation"

- Kirsta proposes we revisit this in 3 months to evaluate how it is working
- Gabriela: Next meeting is on July 26
- Mark Jordan: Last meeting discussed proposals for speeding up large ingests
- Luke and Mark Jordan to write this up, and share code (if available) and documentation

- Mark Baggett mentioned that they don't have anybody from BCELN on the group

- Will: The group has a proposal for the Roadmap Committee
- Will walked us through the document

- How the communities first security issue was handled
- This is a response to how this was handled
- Create two groups; a Security Interest Group, operates like a normal IF interest group
- Islandora Security Response Team; not an interest group
- Respond to security incidents and fix incidents in timely fashions
- Document describes how they would do that
- Receive mail from security@islandora and spring into action
- Nick raised question about the make up the committee and how to join
- Will will bring this information back to the committee at the next meeting, and will codify how people can join the group
- Next Security Interest Group meeting is August 3

- July sprint is under-way, and consists of 10 community volunteers

- Kirsta and Kim Pham are working CLAW lessons documentation
- Don Richards and Marcus Barnes are working on security auditing CLAW components
- Diego Pino and Jared Whiklo are working on Drupal 8 integration
- Ed Fugikawa and Nick are working on DevOps tickets
- Nick is working on updates to Chullo for Fedora API changes, and Chullo test coverage

- Nick provided an overview of the two recent CLAW Calls which included a lot of cross community discussion on integrating aspects of Archivematica; Format Policy Registry and Storage Service integration

- Nick provided an overview of the two review API-X calls, and the efforts to finalize the design document
- Nick provided can a summary of the group again, and overview of the recent tests results of the group
- York University, Virginia Tech, and Princeton are currently doing the bulk of the testing, but more are welcome to join/contribute

- Gavin Morris mentioned his contacts there were at the camp confirm BC2 was great
- Melissa isn't here to provide an update, but Mark Jordan believes they are ready to roll
- Mark Jordan and Melissa had some initial discussions about planning
- Do we need a keynote? Melissa will lead this discussion in the future
- Mark Jordan: Solr issues report previously has been resolved by deleting index, and re-indexing
- Nick: Digital Assets Support Specialist position extended to August 19th
