no External Sd Card/USB OTG support (App doesn't have permission/can't write on external storage)

the app works fine when the ISO is in internal storage, it successfully creates the ul.cfg file, downloads the ART folder stuff (cover, background, screenshots...) and creates the ul .001, .002, .003.... parts when the output folder is ON INTERNAL STORAGE of course but whenever the ISO is on EXTERNAL sd card, it can read the files just fine, you can select the ISO file but after clicking the auto/manual conversion and start, it says 'Error' in notifications about not being able to create ul.cfg file so i guess the issue is in NOT being ABLE to WRITE on External storage, it lacks permission i suppose? and about USB stick on OTG, it doesn't even recognize it so i don't know if that can be fixed as well

btw, i'm using v1.5.0.0 on Android 8.1.0
