We developed a prototype for our application using the "Justinmind Prototyper 8.3.1" software. The prototype illustrates about 80% of the features that we will develop. The UI is agile and will be changed or adopted according to the customers requirements.
During the development of the prototype we found some risks that we should take care of:
- The Project is developed in Firebase database environment although the client has its own database services. this should be synchronized allowing the customer to keep his preferred domain name
- Firebase data for free deployment is limited to 100MB per day and therefor a subscription will be offered to the organization.
After meeting with Eran Hadad for review, he was impressed by the document and didn't have any special comments or remarks to say. Although he said that we should change some minor things that will be described below

After this iteration we had a second meeting with the client. We showed him the prototype and she was really impressed and loved the idea. Through our meeting, she gave us some bullet point according to her needs and from what she saw from the prototype. To summarize, she gave us a green light to start developing the product according to the prototype and to some parts of the SRS document that we introduced to her.
