Cobblegen stops working on world restart [1.21.1-0.1.2] #5

Modpack:

FTB Evolution 1.3.0

Issue:

Upon restarting a world, the cobblegen stops generating resources and must be reset by replacing either the water or lava.

Before World Restart:
2024-12-25_22 10 54

After world restart:
2024-12-25_22 11 44

More info:

This interaction took place in a void dimension from the Just Another Void Dimension mod. Have not tested in the overworld, etc. May be an issue with another mod in the pack.

This appears to no longer be happening for now, despite not changing anything.. Not sure what was causing that to happen.

it happens if you use a fluid container and it runs out, so I still need to implement a regular check to see if there's valid blocks next to it instead of only reacting to block changes
