(Solution) Model Interface issue - Error: 'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.'

One user encountered the following issue when trying to open the model interface:
"My java environment supports GCAM runs, but cannot open model interface (it immediately flashes out when I double click it). The error is ''java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.'"

The solution they found:
The user had re-installed java on their D drive, but the java environment variables were not updated. The path was still set to their C drive.
To resolve the issue, change the development environment variables to the right path.
