Hoy por hoy usamos Sanity. Nuestro uso no es grande, pero podríamos reducirlo muchísimo si tenemos un worker que:

Funcione como acceso unico a imagenes
Haga un proxy/pipe de lás imágenes de Sanity
Nos permita cachear las imágenes en R2 dependiendo de los parámetros de formateo de imagenes de sanity que le pasemos:
Responda con el contenido de la imágen de R2 la próxima vez que pidamos la imagen.

Boom! Profit :) Muy barato
