Project Description: The project aims to investigate the disparities in social determinants of health (SDOH) across Macon, Dekalb, and Decatur counties in Atlanta. By analyzing key factors such as Economic Stability, Education Access and Quality, Healthcare Access and Quality, Neighborhood and Built Environment, and Social and Community Access, the research seeks to identify and understand the varying impacts of these determinants on individuals' health statuses within these geographical regions.

Introduction

The Social Determinants of Health play a crucial role in shaping an individual's health status. These determinants encompass five key domains: Economic Stability, Education Access and Quality, Healthcare Access and Quality, Neighborhood and Built Environment, and Social and Community Access.
