New SpikeGLX uses a stacked channel display, rather than a grid display. Most likely should convert Spoke display organization to match this.

From conversation with Austin & Bill, thinking was this display mode for Spoke only made sense for Waveform mode, not Raster. Though this should be tested more.

Also, should get feedback from one other users, e.g. James or Dario, before finalizing spec here.
