Marten abstraction nuget package

I have Marten implemented in a service layer and would like to consume the IEvent interface in the domain layer without a dependency on the full Marten nuget package. I was looking for something akin to a Marten.Abstrations nuget package (similar to other solutions). Does something like this exist under a non-obvious name?
