MVVM example based on your Blazor LoB App series

Part 4 of your excellent blog series from last year on building a LoB App using Blazor WebAsm & Blazor Server includes the tantalising sentence:

I plan to follow-up ... with a Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) example

I can only find this (Jan '19) and this (Jan '20) on your blog, both older references to MVVM with Blazor, but not anything following the LoB App series.

When you're out from under the .NET 6 push perhaps you could revisit best/recommended practices and patters for using MVVM with the latest iteration of Blazor, for those of us who are Silverlight & WPF fans/veterans?
