Describe the bug

ubuntu 22.04:

windows 10:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Client
  2. Connect to VPN
  3. Check speed on SpeedTest

What did you expect to happen?

I would like to achieve the same speed on Windows as on Ubuntu

P.S: I tried changing the metric of the adapters to quickly determine DNS, the speed does not change at any value
I would like to add that the provider and the same network are the same, the maximum allowable speed without VPN is 500 Mbit/s.

I checked with friends from other cities on a PC, they have an identical situation, the speed on Windows is several times lower

What actually happened?

No response

Outline Version

1.13.1 (476278)

What operation system are you using?

Linux, Windows

Operating System Version

Ubuntu 22.04, Windows 10 Professional
