Rules for Cloudflare that puts an "Managed Challenge" on bad ASN

How to use it:

1. Run the .bat file

2. Put in the Zone ID from the domain you want to add the rules.

3. Put your cloudflare email

4. Get your Cloudflare Global API key and put it in (https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/api-tokens)

5. Press any key to start adding the rules
