Diferents images depending on the hour.

hi, two questions:
1- is there a way to use, lets say, 30 images that change for ejample 30 minutes? to 1:00 first image, 1:30 second image, etc.
2- is there a way to modify the speed of an animation? the option speed on animation windows on the program don't work for me.
