Looks like I've been got! Big thanks to @yzyhk904 for creating the Hifi Maximizer module, for I otherwise wouldn't have decided to do this.
- Changed the recommended volume to 837/15 for compatibility with Hifi Maximizer, which provides a jitter and distortion free listening experience (at the expense of device functionality, not for the faint of heart, and I'm not explicitly recommending installing this module).
- Added startup warnings about what to do if you don't see the menu.
- Updated descriptions of the available volume presets.
