Target naming issues

At the competition, an agent reported a different uuid for systems compared to the default agent. This made it difficult to use the platform, because it automatically generated twice as many targets as needed, and renaming and migrating them all manually was a lot of work. Automatic naming as well as a smarter way to handle target migration would be preferred.
