Search by multiple tags

This request appeared in the moodle plugin directory:

we are on Moodle 3.8, JazzQuiz 1.0.1 (Build: 2021020400).
Apparently we see a problem adding questions from the question bank. I hope
you can solve it.
searching by tags is critical for large question banks. unlike Moodle where
we can search by multiple tags, here only one tag is accepted and then the
page refreshes quickly. Also the search is within the entries displayed on
that page. It seems to not search across QBank.
Also all columns of question bank are not displayed in JQuiz. It would be
better for question searching that all cols are displayed.

We should not prioritise this for Moodle 3.X, and certainly not 3.8, but it is worth reviewing when we upgrade for Moodle 4.X.

This should be quite manageable. Will look into this and try to implement this soon.

I too have noticed this problem for Moodle 4.1, it would be very useful to be able to use tags when searching.
