Add some UK launchsites and tracking stations.

Uses the GUID for the historyofspaceflight launchsite for aberporth as a base

I'm not sure if the range is quite correct for CASTR, they have a 25m dish, but 10^13 metres seemed large? I scaled down by 10^3

Ignore that, I used the diameter rather than radius ): Updated since
