Take 2 packets of Oreo biscuits (100 gm eacand ground them in a fine powder using a mixer grinder.
Add 4 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tsp melted butter and 1/4 tsp vanilla essence to it.

Give it a good mix and then add almost half of 1/2 cup milk (boiled and cooled to room temperature).
Again mix it well and add remaining milk. Mix it till it is well combined and it becomes smooth.

Add 1-4 cup chopped walnuts and mix them well with the batter.
Take a cake mould (using 7″ square mould), line it with butter paper, grease it with oil and dust it with plain flour (maida).

Add 1 tsp baking powder to the batter and mix well. You can skip the baking powder if you like fudgy brownie.
Pour the brownie batter in the mould and spread it evenly.
Bake the brownie in 180°C preheated oven for 10-15 min or until it is cooked.

To check the brownie, insert a knife or skewer in and it should come out clean.
Let the brownie cool down (or you can go with warm browniand cut it in four square pieces.
