Removing milestone. Should be done as an IDE integration feature.

Is this the right ticket for getting parity with Pe's "Command-D" feature ? I.e. moving the cursor to one of the e.g. #include <Window.h> lines at the beginning of my source code, hit Command-D, and the os/interface/Window.h system header is located and open. This is easily one of my top-five most used features in Pe, I almost never have to use the BeBook thanks to that feature. Or is this ticket specifically about "open corresponding header".
