MINOR - Added configurable hotkey for volume wheel

Changes:

• The hotkey for using the volume wheel to move the cursor is now configurable
• See https://github.com/boppreh/keyboard#keyboard.add_hotkey

Note:
This is not a permanent solution to ghost keypresses and such as that must be an issue with the keyboard module. Make sure you are running the latest version of keyboard!

MINOR - Cursor can now be moved with the volume wheel

Changes:

• Cursor can be moved with the volume wheel or you can start comparing by pressing down on the wheel. Toggle this feature with ctrl+shift+V.
• The cursor is now a small ball to be easier to spot where it is on the y-axis.

MAJOR - Fixed fatal issue

• Fixed fatal issue causing the program to crash when changing between coins

• Changed API to a new one with support for over 8000+ different coins
• Added support for the whole Apex family of products with an OLED display
• Added the possibility to change coins in the config file with support for multiple coins at once
• Added new macro - F19. Change between the configured coins on the fly.
• Time now increments by 5 minutes instead of 10
