As part of KeYProject/key#3237, this documents the new tagging mechanism for goals defined in taclets.
I had to write a short example based on cut_direct to usefully include information on the new tagging mechanism.
Additionally, the new linearized proof tree functionality is documented.
Additionally, the proof caching disable switch and "re-open cached goal" action is documented.
