PCM Drum channels falling away unless if you repeat the section manually #105

so far this happens with mario party ds track MU002, it does play correctly if exported using synthfont or played through nitrostudio (the old one, not 2), there was another game with the same issue but i forgor

I think this will need one of the upcoming changes I mentioned in the other branch. Basically there are supposed to be two types of channel but I merged them in the early stage of this program, but having both of them is probably what needs to change to fix a few issues
