Added Night Dragon timers

Added Night Dragon timers.
Also fixed an issue where older version timers would propagate through the newer ones as people were not updating at the same time. Timers will now be wiped when you update from a version that has a bug with the timers. Including this one, sadly. It is for the best of the addon, as this should prevent faulty timers from appearing.

Fixed issue with cross realm timers spreading through BGs

Also added version check.
Bumped COMMKEY to break old versions from tainting newest version timers.
