With the release of the Hero10 Black comes the reintroduction of shutter stop command, which was disabled in the Hero9.
This makes the library more or less end to end feature-wise compatible with the Hero10. I'll need to get the new constants into the file as well.
The aim now is to have feature parity with OpenGoPro Python library. Future cameras will be supported as well.

Project has been updated to match Hero10 capabilities using the OpenGoPro spec.
