Added a custom handling of "ETHBTC"
getDisplayAssetto return "ETH/BTC".Value should appear in market dropdown.

Easier to skim markets and identify this ratio market.
How Has This Been Tested?
Crude testing in Chrome using local source override. Less than ideal.
