Installation

Get this repository using:

git clone  https://github.com/LCAV/lippmann-photography.git

You can install all standard python requirements it (at least) two ways:

  1. using pip in you favourite Python 3 environment:
    pip install -r requirements.txt
    
  2. using conda, that will create virtual environment for you:
    conda env create -f environment.yml
    

Data

Data for this repository is available separately at DOI

Structure

To visualise results view PNAS resutls.jpynb with Jupyter Notebook. To generate data run spectrum_recovery_pool.py. Code for counting oscillations is exceptionally in MATLAB, not python in oscillations_counting.m.
