ntp problem

For me (located near Munich, Germany) a server from lu.pool.ntp.org does frequently take longer to answer than the configured timeout.
Could you either increase the time or preferebly make the host name configurable, so I could use eg de.pool.ntp.org?

We also observed that the lu pool is not very stable. We will solve your issue together with issue #3
