sapnotelink Plugin for DokuWiki

simply create links to sap notes

convert SAP#1234 or sap#1234 direkt to https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1234

If you install this plugin manually, make sure it is installed in
lib/plugins/sapnotelink/ - if the folder is called different it
will not work!
