Rumble Motor usage during TeleOp Mode to alert the driver of different information

We have a rumble motors in the ps4 controller. We should use them.

Some Ideas:

• Cone grabbed by robot
• Robot aligned with the pole
• 5 seconds till endgame
• 5 seconds until endgame ends so we should maybe park?

I had no idea we could do that. Is the Logitech capable? And it should vibrate repeatedly at 15 seconds so we can finish what we're doing and still park

Sadly the logitech isnt compatible so maybe it is time we upgrade that to a ps4 controller
