Make user indicate what type of CSV file (from which LandMapper model) he uploads

I thought about it some more and we should not bother with ERM01-02 file format for now. The model is old, and connection with computer would not work anyway. Those users should use web/phone app directly inputting ER data in the app. This would give way to the new model where the data would be streamed to phone directly via Bluetooth - in making.
So, just utilize the file format from ERM03-04 format given here
