Criteria

In a <SkinTile /> for a skin that has chromas, show an indicator (same as the in champion select)
Clicking a <SkinTile /> opens a panel overlaying the screen (same behaviour as clicking a champion in the LCU's collection screen) which contains the full splash image
In the splash image panel, add a button that replaces the splash image with a <SkinList /> with each <SkinTile /> being a chroma
