Simple jabber bot(using Smack API).

Commands:
.uptime - display uptime
.report - send message to admin
.last - displays the 50 most recent recorded posts of the conference (if the bot is in it), or .last address@conference.jabber.tld if the bot is not in the conference.
.list - the list of recorded conferences
.help - display help
For the administrator access:
.off - turn off the bot
.roster - output roster
.status - a change of status
.muc address@conference.jabber.tld - connect to the conference
